House rules

We regularly spend time in our flats and the chalet ourselves, and we’d love for our guests to feel just as comfortable and at home here. Our flats and the chalet are designed for peaceful and relaxing stays. We therefore ask you to be considerate of neighbors and other guests – particularly in the evenings and in communal areas. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. All apartments and the chalet are non-smoking. To ensure this remains the case for everyone, we have three small requests:

Shoes

We ask you to take your shoes off in the entrance area. This helps to keep floors and carpets clean and pleasant, particularly during the winter months and the off-season.

Ski and hiking equipment

In Saas-Fee, there is space in the basement for skis, snowboards and ski and hiking boots. In the chalet in Sörenberg, there are also practical storage options in the entrance area. This keeps living areas and stairwells clean and pleasant for all guests and residents.

Careful use

We have deliberately chosen not to require a rental deposit, relying instead on guests treating the apartments and the chalet with respect. If anything breaks, please let us know right away so we can replace it promptly and ensure the next guests have a pleasant stay.
