Under the motto “Living beautifully in Saas-Fee”, a newly renovated (2024) holiday flat for 2 to a maximum of 4 guests is available on the 3rd floor. The flat is lovingly furnished with high-quality furniture. There is plenty of space in the entrance area to hang up coats and similar items. The flat is cleverly designed so that every square centimetre is used to its full potential, giving the impression that you are standing right in the living room. A cosy blue fabric sofa invites you to relax and can be converted into a full-size queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) in a single movement. A Samsung TV disguised as a painting allows for relaxing film evenings. The square dining table seats four, accompanied by four comfortable green fabric chairs.
Two full-size beds, concealed in the cupboard, can also be easily folded down. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. The kitchen is functionally fitted and features a hob with an oven, as well as a fridge with a small freezer compartment. A small dishwasher makes tidying up easier by eliminating the need for tedious hand washing. The bathroom features a washbasin, a shower cubicle and a toilet, as well as a heated towel rail to keep towels dry. From the balcony, you can enjoy views over the rooftops of Saas-Fee and the mountains. Shoe cupboards are available for guests in the entrance area outside the flat. Furthermore, there is a heated room in the basement for storing skis, snowboards and ski boots (including boot warmers). Also in the basement, but in a separate area, is a communal laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.
The flat is just 200 steps from the car park. This means there is no need for expensive and tedious taxi journeys to transport luggage. There are shopping facilities right on the doorstep.
