The flat is stylishly furnished with high-quality furniture. In the cozy living/dining room, a large velvet sofa in a soft grey invites you to relax. A light-coloured side table flanks the sofa, whilst two floor lamps provide pleasant lighting. A top-of-the-range stereo system with an audio streamer and two speakers delivers excellent sound. A solid walnut table with eight leather chairs and genuine lambskin seat covers creates a welcoming atmosphere for shared meals. A Samsung TV that looks like a painting (Frame model) blends harmoniously into the room. The panoramic view over the rooftops of Saas-Fee to the glacier complements the high-quality interior design and offers a stunning vista. The two bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment and are each furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) in a soft beige. In addition, four single mattresses with duvets and pillows are available. Light-coloured cupboards provide ample storage space. Each room has its own washbasin. Curtains allow rooms to be completely darkened, promoting a good, restful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is well-designed and includes a hob and oven, as well as a fridge with a separate freezer compartment. A dishwasher makes washing up easier by eliminating the need for manual washing. For coffee lovers, there are two options: a Nespresso capsule machine for quick coffee and, as an alternative, a De’Longhi portafilter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bath with a shower unit, and a toilet. A heated towel rail ensures that towels are always warm and within easy reach. The entrance hall offers ample storage space for several people’s clothes. There is a lift in the building. Shoe cupboards are available for guests in the entrance area outside the flat. Furthermore, there is a heated room in the basement for storing skis, snowboards and ski boots (including boot warmers). Also in the basement, but in a separate area, is a communal laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.
